1. Introduction

Nowarmy ("we", "us", "our") provides domain warmup and email validation services to improve email deliverability and ensure the accuracy of email addresses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Purpose of Data Access

We request access to your Gmail or G Suite account to perform the following functions:

    A. Domain Warmup:

    • Move Emails: Automatically move emails from spam to inbox to maintain domain reputation.
    • Read Emails: Identify whether the email landed in the spam or inbox.
    • Reply to Emails: Send predefined replies to simulate engagement and improve deliverability.

We request access to your Gmail or G Suite account to perform the following functions:

    B. Email Validation:

    • SMTP Ping / SMTP email verification: Validate email addresses for 95-98% of domains.
    • Send a Controlled and Limited Validation Email (for specific domains like Yahoo): To accurately verify the existence of an email address, especially for domains like Yahoo or other uncertain addresses, Nowarmy sends a single, controlled validation email. This email is sent in compliance with Gmail/G Suite guidelines, ensuring that the sending volume remains within the permissible limits to maintain account safety and avoid spam triggers.
    • Reading the Bounce Response: Once the validation email is sent, Nowarmy analyzes the bounce or delivery response to determine whether the email address is valid. This process helps in accurately identifying non-existent or undeliverable addresses while maintaining Gmail/G Suite compliance.

3. Data Collection and Usage

noWarmy only collects data strictly necessary for performing the above functions:

    • Email Addresses: To perform email validation.
    • Email Content: To analyze whether the email landed in the spam or inbox.
    • User Credentials: To access the Gmail or G Suite account (with user consent).

    Why We Need This Access:

    • To perform domain warmup and email validation accurately and effectively.
    • To ensure emails are delivered to the inbox instead of spam.
    • To verify the accuracy of email addresses through SMTP pings or actual sending where required.

4. Data Retention and Protection

  • Temporary Access: We only access your emails during the warmup or validation process.
  • Data Storage and Usage:
    • We store the email ID and its validation status to enhance the efficiency of our service. This allows us to quickly verify an email ID if another user attempts to validate the same address, without performing a redundant SMTP Ping or sending an actual validation email. This approach helps minimize unnecessary email traffic while maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact lists.
    • However, we do not sell, share, or misuse this data in any way. The stored information is used solely for email validation purposes and to provide you with accurate deliverability insights.
  • Encryption: All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard practices.
  • User Control: You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.

5. User Consent and Transparency

We believe in complete transparency:

  • Explicit Consent: You will be prompted to grant access before any actions are taken.
  • Permission Requirements:
    • We request full access permissions to your Gmail or G Suite account because the nature of our service requires the ability to read, send, and manage emails. These permissions are essential to perform critical tasks such as moving emails from spam to inbox, sending predefined replies, and validating email addresses through controlled email sending and bounce analysis.
    • While we request full access, we only use these permissions strictly for the tasks outlined and do not access or manipulate your emails beyond what is necessary to achieve the intended functionality.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. The data we access is solely used to:

  • Improve email deliverability.
  • Ensure validity of email addresses.
  • Help you maintain domain reputation.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data: View what data is being accessed.
  • Withdraw consent: Revoke access to your Gmail or G Suite account at any time.
  • Data deletion: Request the deletion of any data that we temporarily store.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and significant changes may be communicated via email or platform notification.
